Shipping charges depend on the sum of weight of the total items that you purchase. The shipping cost is shown once you place your order and perform Checkout.
All shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Hobbysports Trading reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.
Your orders will be processed on daily basis during business day, Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 4pm Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following business day. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days once the payment is made and confirmed.
Hobbysports Trading endeavours to get your item(s) shipped to you as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet the scheduled delivery on all occasions. Delivery times for suburban/remote areas may be longer. Delivery times are indicative only and Hobbysports Trading does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address. Hobbysports Trading undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does Hobbysports Trading insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.
Buyer have to pay for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect address provided by buyer.
When payment transaction is succeeded, an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay of the shipment or unavailability of purchased items will be notified through email.
